前天準備昨日的課堂, 要教的是芒果芝士蛋糕, 但原來近日不是芒果的收成期, 市面上很難找到芒果, 買到的都是青青的未熟的. 幸好小蜜蜂教我把青青的芒果放入米缸裏, 第二天果然好得多了, 但質地還是不太夠"淋".

還好最艱苦的一課已經過去了, 接下來的都是比較輕鬆的. 得到這個經驗, 下一年課程編排要多考慮這一點了.

In order to teach how to make Mango Cheese Cake at cake course in church yesterday, I bought some mangos on Sunday. However, it’s not easy to buy mango recently as this is not the period for mangos. All of those I bought were green and not mellow enough. Little Bee told me to put the green mangos in the rice pot. That really worked and the mangos became yellow from green yesterday. However, they were still not mellow enough.

By the way, the most painful class has been passed and the coming classes later will not be so hard. This is an experience I earned and I can plan my cake course in church better next year with this consideration.
