昨晚上了上排牙的牙箍, 我選了最經濟又最快見效的外箍法, 用金屬的粒粒, 和綠色橡筋, 是為綠色鋼牙, 超型呀~~

感到有異物在口裏, 牙肉有痲痺的感覺, 但不會感到疼痛(這一點在我意料之外).

今天只準備了粥和牛奶作早午餐, 由早晨到下午吃了三碗粥, 但仍然感到非常的餓. 因為我向來早餐和午餐都是吃很多很多很多東西的, 三碗粥根本不能滿足我正常的食量.

我不想變瘦啊! 更不想餓死! 於是在辦公室找到一個圓餡餅吃. 加了"金鋼箍"後, 頭一次吃不是流質的食物. 但肚餓的感覺實在戰勝了牙肉會疼痛的擔憂, 就甚麼都不理地向圓餡餅咬下去.

這個時候才明白箍牙真正的最痛…

原來門牙是用來咬開大件的食物的! (這是小學生都知道的道理, 但卻在這個時候領會得最深)

轉個方法, 用刀把圓餡餅切開一粒粒才於入口裏, 用大牙咀嚼. 還好我下排的牙箍還沒有上, 加上大牙比較易用力, 我就慢慢地征服了圓餡餅.

吃完了, 還是有點餓……

My braces of my upper teeth was setup yesterday. I use the cheapest and fast method, using metal braces and green elastic bands. That’s incredible green metal teeth!

I feel foreign matters in my mouth. My gum feel numb but not painful. It’s out of my expectation that I don’t feel painful.

I prepared rice porridge and milk as my breakfast and lunch. I felt very hungry even after I had had the 3 bowls of rice porridge, because I usually eat very much for breakfast and lunch. It’s absolutely not enough for me if there are only 3 bowls of rice porridge.

I don’t want to be thinner! I don’t want to be hungry to die! I found a round pie for me to eat at office. It’s my first time to eat solid food after my braces were setup. My hungriness wins my fear of pain. I bite the round pie…

and it’s when I discovered the true pain of orthodontics.

I discovered that front teeth are to bite food. (It’s knowledge that every primary students know but I understand deeply now.)

I changed my approach. I used a knife to cut the round pie into bean-like size and chewed with my molar teeth. Fortunately, my lower teeth braces haven’t been setup yet. I conquered the round pie at last.

I still feel a little bit hungry……
