阿正的家是位於離學校約十分鐘車程，再步行約三十至四十分鐘我小山腰上。逢星期五下午放學後阿正他們便會從學校回家，她和弟弟下車後，便要走一條小路，然後再要渡過小河溪，再走過田野或火車路，才到達家裡，與爸媽團聚。到星期天中午飯後，就沿回家相反的路徑上學去。每當大雨過後，河水上漲，他們兩人便不能回家或上學去。就是這樣，阿正和弟弟便要從小就不能常在爸媽的陪伴中成長。

阿正的父母都是農民，由於他們擁有的田地很小，收成只夠一家人食用，所以根本沒有多餘的金錢去供孩子讀書。縱然沒有經濟能力，他們仍希望孩子們能多讀一點書，將來能出外做工，不像他們那樣艱苦過活，不能給孩子有好的生活。

看見他們那只有約二百平方呎的小房子，廚房、房間和飯廳都在同一地方，只有一張單人床，供父母兩人睡。阿正與小弟回家時，則睡在由爸爸用破木板搭成的小閣樓上睡覺。阿正連寫字用的桌子也沒有，只好蹲在地上，在小木櫈上寫字。

由於家庭經濟能力有限，很多時候也不能交住宿費用給學校，且要把在家中少少的米糧變賣，暫時給予學校，但他們已有多月的住宿費未能交上。面對生活和經濟的困難，已是很疲累，但孩子回家時會跟爸媽說學校的宿舍環境比家裡還舒適，父母的心裡不禁有說不出的酸。

Little girl Chen A Zheng’s live is always climbing hill and going through river. She’s student of Hong Qi Primary School. Her home is far from the school. It’s too dangerous for her and her brother who is studying in preschool class walk between school and their home everyday. They live in dormitory of the school and return home every week. They can’t grow up with their parents always beside.

Her parents are farmer. The area of their fields is small and the volume of harvest is enough for their food. Their have no more money for children to study. However, they still hope that their children can study more and work outside, not working here without a good live for their next generation.

Their house is only 200 square meters. No rooms, only a single bed for parents. Children sleep at the wood block section built by their father. She doesn’t get a desk for writing and has to write on the floor, sitting on a little chair.

Their can’t always pay the dorm fee to the school because of the economic limit. They had to give their little food to school but they haven’t yet paid for the dorm fee for months. They feel tired for living and economic problems. When they heard children said that their live in school is even better then at home, they feel very sad.
